American Express and the F.S.O

Hi All



I am new to the forum and am wondering if anyone ca help



I made a claim against American Express for P.P.I. which they turned down I then went to the F.S.O who upheld my claim.

In June a received a letter from the F.S.O stating that American Express had agreed to pay. I have contacted the F.S.O asking for an update and they are advising that they are in talks with American Express to get them to pay in the way in which they want them to.



I was just wondering if anyone else has come across this and can give me any idea how long the procedure will take ?
