new to to the site so first of all hi to everyone and thank you for any help/guidance/advice anyone can give.
Just opened a letter from Barclay card enclosed was a default notice to say I had until 28th October to pay £140 other wise a default notice would be carried out.
So as I am new to this am I correct in thinking I have until 28th to pay the £140 and then proceed to make the monthly repayments and no further action will be taken?
I understand and it is my fault I am in this position however I am in a position I can pay the £140 on 24th along with the regular monthly repayments there after.
any help is greatly appreciated, as you can expect opening the letter to find that was a shock as I do not deer stand the implications of the action.
Most at of all I cannot have anything on my file such as ccj's or default notices etc due to my employment.
