Security sarches

The company i work for has a random search policy ( you push a button red means a search ). I do not have a problem with this. I finish at varying times between midnight and seven, and often leave the building on my own. They have a small cubicle with a camera, if a female security guard is on im happy to go into the cubicle, if a male is on i feel more comfortable being searched in the large reception area which also has cameras. We have a new guard on, and i refused to go in cubicle and explained why, he did his search i signed to say i had been searched.

I have been reported for this, what are my rights please
