I have overdraft fees in the past from Nationwide and Halifax what is the best way of reclaiming them?. I have wrote them letters the FOS has contacted them but they say because the account was back in 2005 they wont refund any charges with nationwide. Halifax owe me thousands but I received £100+ due to financial hardship can anyone help?.
