During 2012 I had to leave the UK as my visa expired, I was using a mobile contract from 3, and after I left UK I cancelled my direct debits and did not pay my contract.
Now I am back in the UK and I am working, I know I owe 3 some money from my contract and I am willing to pay them off. Today morning I got a letter from Lowell saying that 3 had transferred my debt to them. If I do not contact them with regard to this I will be taken legal action against.
I want to pay this off, I want to be sure that I am paying the right people. Should I contact 3 and pay them off or should I call Lowell and pay them off ? I don't know and would appreciate any help with regard to this.
