where can I begin.....my husband had a remortage with them over 7 years ago, well not by choice, through a mortgage packer ,who initially tried to get a mortgage with another provider but couldnt so went for db mortages.....my husband has bipolar which has been recently diagnosed so db mortgages couldnt have been a worse mortgage to have ended up with, they have charged monthly payments/added extortianate interest on ,demanded huge arrears ,altered paperwork, and because we didnt place the house on the market at there undervalued price of £250.000 less than We had it valued at when they gave us no options but demanded we sell.....they applied for an eviction warrant ,I went in august to court the day before eviction to explain we will be homeless, and had the chance of employment ,the judge on condition that I find £1200 a month plus £300 arrears suspended my asking for the warrant to be suspended on condition until november 11th ...we are on benefits, and I couldnt start work because of my 8 year old son and basically having to be a carer for my husband who has cancer and mental health problems....db mortages have put in again for the eviction ....wont take any offer of relaistic payments....and are even ignoring the adjuricators letter to let us market the house and stay ...a court fight will cost me £2000 ....and they have put down on the application for the mortgage that im my husbands sister and do not live in the house......even though im the beneficial owner .....these lenders are basically loan sharks and I cant get help from anywhere,.....they are blatantly forcing people out of there homes and auctioning them off ,leaving the borrower bankrupt ,and knowing full well what they are doing ,im so stressed , I just dont know wht to do...... the remortage was for £550.000 now at nearly 8 years down the line the outstanding is £589.000..... they want us to sell at £350.000 ......and this is a company that aims to treat customers fairly ......:tinysmile_cry_t:
