We took advice and paid for it from as a Financial advisor who initially advised us to go with a group called Debt recoveries who then instructed solicitors to challenge the agreements. They initially said that they could work on it they said they couldn't. The same advisor then suggested we go with Credit Card Killer. After much deliberation we decided it might be our only way of avoiding bankruptcy (which with hindsight might of been a lot less stressful!) This all happened in November 2009.
