I run a small business and part of that is renting out property.
The tenants have all had problems and not paid the proper rents which should include council tax.
Therefore I make up the difference to cover the mortgage as they behind with that too. Council is getting heavy and iam getting threatened with all sorts and a letter came yesterday from council demanding £1000 per month to sort it out.
I can't afford this at all.
I am faced with evicting them all at this rate but don't want to do this.
Help please if you can
