Witness statement to support interim charging order on property

I have a hearing for an interim charging order i want placed on the property which a debtor owns and owes me money from a previous claim. The judge has issued a hearing date and has asked me to provide a Witness statement to support my contention that the defendant is the same person as that named in the office copies . Does anyone know what im supposed to provide?. Ive checked the Land registry several times and he is still the owner. I provided that to the court when i applied for the charging order.
