Anonymous contracting parties

Hopefully this is the appropriate forum, sorry if not.





I'm having an issue with a company, the company with whom I would've thought I was contracting with is claiming that they are merey third party agents and the contracting parties are two or more customers.



My question is, can a contract be formed if no party knows who the other party is? There is no means of identifying (without court order to 3rd party agent)?



Any pointers would be great.
