Just a question about vodafone ..first of all they were supposed to give me 1/2 price for 3 months and never did ..
They have admitted that they owe me that and fixed that now.
They have somehow charged me twice for December and admitted it was a computer glitch and refunded the second amount.
I don't want to go into all the problems the extra money they charged for the first 3 months caused but I was away on holidays and meant I didnt have enough money to pay the hotel with my card it was awful.
There is a serious trust issue here . I moved to vodafone to save money and its not done that.
Is that now they are in breach of contract and can I move to another phone company .?
