Hi All. Bit of a strange one but completely out of the blue I have received at letter from RLP alleging my involvement in some sort of shoplifting incident last week at a major retailer in my nearest city. I've had no involvement whatsoever in any such incident at any time and have not been to any branch of the store or the city itself in months. I'm not sure what if anything I need to do to clear my name.
