I have just received a final notice for collection from marston group it was posted through the letter box I presume by hand it is addressed to our company with client as shown as HMCTS ( which I am presuming HM courts and tribunal services), we have not received any other prior correspondence for this. The letter dated 11/12/14 says after 7pm if payment is not received they will remove goods, I only received the letter on the 13th as by chance I went into the office to catch up with work, there was a number and name on the letter which I did call and there was no answer but did leave a message and contact No. I still have not received a reply as of this morning, could you please advise as to where we stand as we are totally unaware why this has come to our office and if they do come back where we stand with this matter.
