Would appreciate thoughts on whether the attached notice period clause is clear or not. I am under notice of redundancy and have completed 7 years service. I think the clause is a little vague and may mean I can claim 1 month plus one year for each year of service (12 years). With "Contra proferentem" in mind does anyone have any thoughts?
