Hi got to attend court at the end of the month for the above regarding failure to notify, thanks to this forum i think i have my defense planned i just need to know where to send my letter stating i intend to plead not guilty.
Do i send it with the docs to the local court i have been asked to send the plea to or to the dvla or both.
