I've had the most excellent news today!!!!
BW legal served a statutory demand on me at the beginning of the year. Needless to say I was bricking it!!! Got in touch with Sharon who put me onto Kate, she took on my claim. Court date was June/July time but for some reason Lowells had mucked up, so court case adjourned until this week. Lots of sleepless nights and worry!!!
Kate informed me today that they have dropped the case so we've WON, WON, WON!
Without Sharon and Kate this wouldn't have been possible, so I owe them a big, massive bloody thanks!!!!
Am sooooo, relieved!
