My boyfriend has bought these tablets online as a trail period costing £3.00 but lately checking his bank account they have taken a further £89.91... he called the company and stated he did not expect to be paying this amount of money. The lady down the phone said it was in the terms and conditions that after a number of days they would charge £89.91. that's if you cancel within 25 day. the small print also said they would continue to take a further £89.91. we contacted his bank to see if we could get a charge back but we were transferred to the dispute team...but we are not sure if the bank can do anything. If anyone out there can help us try to get this money back that would be great. - they did offer a 25% back from the charge. which we took but really we would like the full amount back. is there anything we could do??? :tinysmile_cry_t3:
