Hi i hope someone can help me on this one . I want to know if there is some kind of comsumer law that covers all service providers that states how long you have to pay after the due daye on your bill. I always thought you had 14 days before they could restrict your service is that right? Also talktalk now apply a £10 admin fee if you pay late are they allowed to do this?.) And a £4.95 non payment by direct debit fee. My August bill was overdue and also Septembers due on the 22nd. Yesterday i paid august bill plus the added charges which took my bill from £35.05 to £49.05. My september bill was due to be paid on 22nd sept which i thought i had at least 14 days to pay however they have restricted my service no broadband or calls until i pay the september bill. Can they do this? Thankyou
