orange contract lack of service

Hi I have a contract with orange but unfortunately I am having a lot of problems with signal. I have phone the technical team 4 times but just keep getting the same result (change this update that) and to no avail I still have problems and was just wondering if there is any way I can get out my contract? Thanks
