I have been trying since June to get back an overpayment to npower,and during this time I must have spent many hours on the phone talking to there agents who have told me that on many occasions that my overpayment as now been approved and I would receive my cheque within 10 working days. Any advice would be greatly appreciated for me to resolve this as its causing me a great deal of stress. thanks
