Hi I have a court date with parking eye today trying to charge me £100 for overstaying in a motorway service carrpark. However I don't know who was driving , they have not proved who the driver was and it should have only cost £11 to park there!
they have sent a trees worth of cases in their favour I was wondering if there were any I could quote and take with me to court today?
