Not quite sure how to respond to a recent letter from nat west although I'm gathering I was missold insurance back in 2004 especially it being a single payment premium, I was led to believe it was a must to have the PPI AND WHAT REFUND SHOULD I BE ASKING FOR THE INTEREST ?
