New CCJ active on credit file

Hi,

I checked my noodle credit file today and noticed there is an active CCJ on there from 6/3/15. This has been registered in my maiden name to an address I moved from 2.5 years ago.

I have no information as to what this is for :-/ is there anything I xan do to get thus removed?
