county court claim form cabot financial and mortimer clarke solicitors

hi everyone, really hoping someone can give me some advice on a step step approach to dealing with this situation. i have recieved a county court business centre claim form for the claimant cabot fiancial, address for sending documents etc are to mortimer clarke solicitors. the particulars of claim are for jd williams agreement dated back in 2008. i checked my credit report and it shows on there as defaulting in june 2009. the claim form says i should respond on a money claim website. has anyone had dealings like this before, really stuck as what to do, thanks
