Natwest PPI Rejection

Hi all, not sure whether to persue this or not, but if you get a rejection letter from Natwest based simply on seeing signed documents and not really taking into account of verbal responses during a short phone call. Should I just let it go or take it further? They obviously include going to the financial ombudsman.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
