Hi I really need some help I had a case v lloyds ref mismanagement of my credit card account (they took 5k instead of £500 from my personal account causing many problems) this went before the ombudsman and I won the case but refused to accept derisory compensation and stopped paying the account,I advised Lloyds of this emapsse back in 2006 ,any way eventually its gone to merlin then to cabot and now finally to Restons who issued a money claim at Northampton court,I sent the reply advised on here stating normal requests for documentations and proof they have replied to me and I would like to submit the reply to someone for help but dont really want to post the actual letter on the forum could someone please offer any advice thanks for your help.I only have until the 13th to sort it out.
