parking eye court claim form...

Hi there, i have a county court claim form this was due to over sight of not paying for a parking ticket on a popular pub. I ignored letters because i think the amount for the time i was there ( half hour ) was disproportionate to the actual cost ( £60 then £100 going on to £175 for court ) of a ticket, £1 per hour i think this is which you can redeem at the bar towards meals or drink's of which i bought two. I would appreciate any advice.. thank you
