i am currently being pursued by a bailiff from the above group for un paid magistrates court fines. However my partner has just undergone surgery on her hands and is unable to work for 6 weeks i am currently out of work our only income is her SSP. There is no way i can pay the £602 pounds all in one go as they require can i contact the issuing magistrates court explain the situation to them and try to enter a payment plan with them or do i have to try and thrash it out with marstons
