Apple computer sales of goods act 1979

Hi can someone advice me,

I have both a mac book pro custom made, in 2009 October 2.200 sterling.

This machine had few problems, over heating, all the time, i never thought

was hardware issue.



In may 2014 the power supply fail Apple replace it, in June 2014 fail to power up for a week, then eventually start up again.

In September 2014 again fail to power up and this time for good, the repair centre said it is the logic board.



I have made several calls to Apple and because i was abroad i lost work too.



They offered to repair it but i don't like the idea because i lost hope on this models after discovering plenty of other users

had this bad experince, i asked to replace the machine with same range and cost but they said no for now because machine din't have enough

trouble.



I like to take the sales of goods act 1979 to the local county court, rejecting it for not being fit.

Can someone advice me please?
